SUMMER SHOW 

Astrid Svangren (1972) currently shows her work at Artipelag, Stockholm and at Wanås Konst, Knislinge. In the past, Svangren has been part of solo and group exhibitions at Moderna Museet Malmö, Moderna Museet Stockholm, Bonniers Konsthall Stockholm, Malmö konstmuseum, Kiasma Helsingfors, and Ystad konstmuseum, among others. This upcoming September, Svangren will present new works for her first solo exhibition at Tracy Williams, Ltd, New York.

Hanna Ljungh (1974), who recently had her first solo show at ANNAELLEGALLERY, has previously shown her work at Fotografiska Stockholm, Galleri Pictura Lund, Nacka Konsthall, Virserums konsthall and Vigelandmuseet Oslo, Norway, among others. During the summer, Ljungh will present one photograph from the series Vivisections - a photo series where Ljungh stages geological excavations where layers of time are revealed and embodied physically.

Hans Jörgen Johansen (1961) most recently showed his works at Liljevalch konsthall and has in the past been part of solo and group exhibitions at Karlskrona Konsthall, Kristinehamns Konstmuseum, Kalmar Konstmuseum, Saltarvet, and Fiskebäckskil, among others. During the summer, Johansen will present one photograph from his series Ingens Land(Element).  ANNAELLEGALLERY is proud to announce Johansen´s first solo show at the gallery in January 2013.

Max Ockborn (1983) recently graduated with an M.F.A from Malmö Art Academy in 2012. Ockborn´s art focuses on different transformation processes. Sometimes they are literal such as to transform furnitures to pedestals or wood to soot, but sometimes they appear in a more symbolic matter.

Olof Inger (1979) recently graduated with a B.F.A from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Stockholm in 2012 and will be pursuing an M.F.A at Yale University, USA beginning fall 2012. Creating abstract paintings, Inger often uses different materials such as metal, tin, steel, tarpaulin and plastic, always to demonstrate the present in which we exist. During the summer, ANNAELLEGALLERY proudly presents one new work titled Trek as well as Sunset 2 and Do you remember?.
